Hello! I’m Courtney James

Owner and Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

The Owner and Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst of Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services LLC, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across clinic, home, school, and community settings. My work is grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to meaningful, individualized care.

My Expertise

Early Intervention Home- & School-Based

My work focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based support to children, recognizing that each child’s needs, strengths, and goals are unique. I develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize meaningful skill development, consistency across environments, and long-term progress, while working closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure cohesive and effective support.

Supporting Schools

Early Intervention ABA therapy supports schools by helping children enter educational settings with stronger communication, social, and self-regulation skills, which promotes smoother classroom integration. Our strategies provide educators with data-driven interventions and behavior supports that improve student engagement and reduce disruptive behaviors. Collaborations between our company and school staff promotes consistency across environments, reinforcing learning and behavior expectations. Early support can reduce the need for more intensive interventions later, allowing schools to better allocate resources. Overall, early intervention ABA contributes to more inclusive, effective learning environments for students and staff alike.

Empowering Families

ABA therapy empowers families by building parents’ confidence and teaching practical strategies they can use in everyday routines. Through consistent coaching, families learn how to respond to behavior effectively, creating more predictability and reducing stress at home. Our programs also supports the development of communication skills, which strengthens parent–child relationships and decreases challenging behaviors. Families are active partners in goal setting, ensuring interventions reflect their values and priorities. This early support equips families to advocate for their child and promotes long-term skill development that enhances independence and quality of life.
